Parcel Fulfillment Policy
Effective January 1st, 2024
At Parcel, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent experience for our Growers, Vendors, and Buyers. Below you will find our detailed fulfillment policies. Please note that most transactions on the Parcel platform are fulfilled by third-party vendors, and their individual fulfillment terms will apply. We strongly encourage all users to review these terms carefully before making a purchase.
Growers
Parcel offers a wide range of Products and Services sold by 3rd party vendors (Vendors). A Grower may only accept a quote from a Vendor if you have the right to bind your organization to the agreement. Upon acceptance, your organization now has an agreement with the Vendor and are now bound to the terms provided in that Quote. Growers can view the full Terms of Service here.
PARCEL ACTS AS A PLATFORM TO ALLOW USERS WHO MAY DESIRE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES TO CONNECT AND PURCHASE THESE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES FROM VENDORS SELLING THESE GOODS. PARCEL IS NOT DIRECTLY INVOLVED IN ANY TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN USERS OF THE PLATFORM. AS A RESULT, PARCEL HAS NO CONTROL OVER THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE VENDORS OR THE TRUTH OR ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY VENDORS, OR THE ABILITY OF VENDORS TO PROVIDE SERVICES IN A TIMELY MANNER, IF AT ALL. YOU AGREE THAT PARCEL IS PROVIDING THE PLATFORM AND, AS SUCH, IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES OR OTHER CONTENT POSTED BY VENDORS, OTHER USERS, OR THIRD PARTIES ON THE PLATFORM. YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Growers may cancel their Parcel account at any time, free of charge.
