CAPRENO
Bayer Cropscience Lp
CAPRENO® Herbicide by Bayer CropScience LP (EPA Reg. No. 264-1063) CAPRENO® is a post-emergence herbicide designed for effective weed management in field corn production. It targets a wide spectrum of broadleaf and grass weeds, including key pests such as foxtails, waterhemp, lambsquarters, velvetleaf, ragweed, and pigweed species. CAPRENO® combines two active ingredients to deliver fast control and long-lasting residual activity, improving field cleanliness and crop yield. Application Timing: Apply CAPRENO® when corn is in the V1 to V5 growth stages and weeds are actively growing, ideally when annual grasses are less than 4 inches tall and broadleaf weeds are less than 3 inches tall. Early post-emergence application ensures optimal control, particularly against tough, glyphosate-resistant weeds. Always follow label instructions and local guidelines for safe, effective application.
