AUTHORITY® MAXX Herbicide – FMC Corporation (EPA Reg. No. 279-9560) AUTHORITY MAXX is a preemergence and early postemergence herbicide designed to deliver broad-spectrum control of tough annual grasses and broadleaf weeds in key row crops. It is formulated for use in soybeans, sunflowers, and dry shelled peas, peas (succulent), and chickpeas (garbanzo beans). Key Pests Controlled: - Waterhemp - Palmer amaranth - Lambsquarters - Foxtails - Pigweed species - Kochia - Ragweeds - Morningglory species When to Apply: Apply AUTHORITY MAXX alone or in tank mix combinations as a preemergence application (immediately after planting and before weed germination) or as an early postemergence treatment (when labeled weeds are small and actively growing). Preemergence timing is recommended for best residual control and resistance management. Carefully follow all label instructions regarding timing, rates, application methods, and crop rotation intervals. Always read and follow the product label prior to use.
